Teacher Bio
Hi! My name is Kimberly Morris and I absolutely LOVE teaching Kindergarten! I
attended the University
of Texas at Austin and graduated with
my Bachelor’s degree in May of 2002. I
started my teaching career in La Grange, Texas, and spent two years there as a
fourth grade teacher. I moved back to Austin in the summer of
2004 and happily accepted a teaching position in Round Rock ISD. I will be starting my 17th year of teaching
and I am so glad that I chose this profession.
It is an honor to work with children and mold them into lifelong
learners. I love watching them grow and
learn more and more as each day passes.
I am married to my wonderful husband, Ragan. Ragan and I have two amazing daughters, Taylor and Emersyn. Taylor will be 6 years old this October and Emersyn turned 3 years old in June. They both bring us so much joy!
I love hanging out with my family! My daughter Taylor is involved in gymnastics and jazz. We spend two nights a week watching Taylor tumble and dance! This fall my younger daughter, Emersyn, will also begin gymnastics and ballet/tap! She is very excited to start doing the things her big sister already does each week! I don't have a lot of spare time, but when I do I enjoy cooking and baking, spending time with friends, looking for creative ideas on Pinterest, going for walks, shopping, reading and going out for dinner with my family.
